Con5 Analytics, LLC is a veteran-owned small business offering consulting services to select institutional clients in the financial services industry, specializing in model model validation testing and model risk management.

Kyle Conley is the Principal/Owner of Con5 Analytics, LLC.  Over the past 20 years, he has led model development, model validation and compliance program assessments and reorganizations for financial institutions facing regulatory scrutiny, including remediation of MRAs/MRIAs, periodic exams, and compliance with OCC 2011-12 / FRB SR 11-7 and NY DFS Part 504.  From 2016-2020, Kyle was the Partner-leader of model risk management services for the Financial Crimes Unit of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

His clients have included Legal & Compliance, Enterprise Risk, Model Risk, Internal Audit, and other departments of many of the world’s largest banking institutions, as well as MSBs and US / New York branches of foreign institutions subject to heightened NY DFS oversight.  He has a BA in Economics and MS degrees in both Statistics and Science & Technology Studies (STS).  Kyle is a USMC veteran, an Arlington County elections officer, a community volunteer, and he is in the dissertation stage of PhD studies in STS--exploring the intersection of technology, information and theory in the creation and evolution of markets.
